Efficacy of biosynthetically developed selenium nanoparticles using plant extracts of clove and cardamom

Background: The green approachable metal nanoparticles are treated to be an eco-friendly path and cost-effectiveness. In this present study, nano selenium was synthesized profitably by clove cardamom. Methods: Green synthesis of preliminarily confirmed color changing from dark orange red in the reaction mixture. resulting constructed were characterized using ultraviolet spectroscopy absorbance around 450 nm. Characterization HRTEM (High Resolution- Transmission Electron Microscope) identify its size shape. organisms used assess antimicrobial efficacy cardamom reinforced Streptococcus mutans, Staphylococcus aureus lactobacillus species Candida albicans Agar well diffusion method at 25 µL, 50 µL 100 µL. addition, we have analyzed anti-inflammatory cytotoxicity activity. Results: UV-VIS spectroscopic analysis which showed a peak nm visible spectrum reduction salts Se NP’s. TEM spherical shape 5 -20 Good activity noted against aureus, Lactobacillus albicans. mean zone inhibition found increased as concentrations NPs increased.
